This website (the “Site”) is operated by iSincerelyWish Candle Co. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to iSincerelyWish Candle Co.

By accessing or using the Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase from us.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state (or have parental permission) to purchase from our Site.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You may not transmit any harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.) through the Site.

5. PRODUCTS, SAFETY, AND REFUND POLICY

(a) Products

Certain products (like handcrafted soy‑wax candles) are offered only online through the Site. Product descriptions, colors, and images are intended for illustration; actual product may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, impose purchase limits, or refuse orders from resellers or distributors.

(b) Candle Use & Safety Warning

Candles sold through this Site are made of combustible material and involve inherent fire and safety risks. It is your responsibility to follow all usage and safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper candle use, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

(c) Refunds and Exchanges (No Returns)

  • We offer refunds or exchanges only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You do not need to return the candle. We may ask you to keep or safely dispose of it.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit or partial refunds.

  • To request a refund or exchange, email us at isincerelywishcandles@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We will reply promptly with next steps.

  • Items labeled final sale or gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraudulent, resold, or bulk orders).

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third‑party tools (“as is” and “as available”) that we do not control. We have no liability for their performance or use.

8. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices and disclaim liability for any transaction you enter with third parties.
