We want you to love your candles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You do not need to return the candle. In most cases, we’ll ask you to keep it or dispose of it safely.
To request a refund, email us at isincerelywishcandles@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We’ll respond promptly with next steps.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us. We’re happy to send a replacement at no extra cost if your order qualifies.
What We Don’t Accept

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items marked as final sale or for gift cards.

Refunds are only issued for unused or lightly used candles with reported issues (e.g., damage, wrong item, scent concerns).

All refunds are full; we do not offer partial refunds.
