Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll get a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.

During peak times (e.g., holidays or major sales), please allow additional processing time.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer two shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 on all orders

  • Calculated Shipping: Based on package weight and destination (shown at checkout)

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (if selected): 2–3 business days


Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on eligible orders.

  • Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • You’ll receive a text message notification on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout

If available for your address, local delivery will appear as an option during checkout. Add any specific instructions in your order notes.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

  • Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery

Please note: International shipments may experience customs-related delays beyond our control.


Delivery Issues

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your order has shipped.

Lost Packages: Contact us at isincerelywishcandles@gmail.com if your package appears lost—we’ll help investigate or file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your address before checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Reshipment fees may apply if your order is returned.
